SEALCOATING:

Sealcoat is the most important material used in protecting and beautifying new and old pavement.  It slows and prevents deterioration of your driveway or parking lot area while leaving a beautiful, black surface as it protects your pavement. 

Sealcoating is just what the name implies: a coating used to seal your asphalt pavement. However, while largely waterproof, it still remains slightly porous and will deteriorate over time.
